Welcome!  Miami-Yoder School District is a small, rural school district located approximately 38 miles east of Colorado Springs, Colorado.  We serve a Pre-School through 12th grade population of approximately 346 students in three schools: Elementary (P-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12).  The school population is 79% White, 15% Hispanic, 3.5% Asian, 2% Native American, and .5% Black.  About 53% of students qualify for Free or Reduced lunch.

Miami-Yoder School District is a partnership of professionals, parents, and community members dedicated to providing a rigorous, challenging curriculum in a positive environment, giving opportunities which foster and encourage individuals to be successful, productive, citizens.

The Miami-Yoder School District is pleased to announce that once staff and students move into the new school building (Fall 2010) the Miami-Yoder Community will be offered the opportunity to request use of school space for activities.Gymnasium, cafeteria & library areas will be available upon request. All requests must be submitted and approved via the Miami-Yoder School District Facility Use Request Form. Request forms can be obtained from the District Administration Office.The Miami-Yoder School District is pleased to extend the use of the new school building to the community and is excited about the potential school-community partnerships that the new school will be able to facilitate.
